On the recommendation of the kind and friendly owner, a rich bowl of koshary introduced me to Egyptian food. Wow, such complex, intriguing spices and textures! I'll certainly be back to get better acquainted, but I still have a third serving to enjoy. That will be three quality $5 lunches from that one bowl. Two Guys Eatery is the best food I've stumbled upon at a gas station outside of my hometown of New Orleans where some of the best po' boy sandwiches or boiled crawfish are served out of side windows at neighborhood gas stations.
